Energy Medicine Kinesiology

Psychological Counselling

Traditional Chinese Medicine

 

This course provides an in-depth educational exploration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), focusing on its historical, philosophical, and conceptual foundations. Aimed at intermediate students, the program delves into essential concepts including Yin-Yang theory, the Five Elements, and the holistic view of human anatomy. Through structured lessons, students will gain theoretical insights and a comprehensive understanding of TCM's application within a cultural context while refraining from any clinical practice. Students will be equipped to engage with TCM from an informed, academic standpoint.

Energy Psychology 

This comprehensive 15‑module program explores the principles and practices of Energy Psychology, designed for intermediate wellbeing practitioners seeking to deepen their understanding of mind–body–energy approaches. Participants will examine the historical development, contemporary research, and practical applications of energy‑based techniques such as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and tapping. The course offers an educational, holistic framework for understanding the interaction between emotional states, cognitive patterns, and somatic awareness. Learners will develop practical, non‑clinical skills to support emotional balance, enhance personal insight, and integrate energy‑based strategies into their existing wellbeing practice in safe, ethical, and appropriate ways. This program is educational in nature and does not train or qualify participants to provide clinical services.

This course explores Reiki and energy healing through a scientific lens, focusing on evidence-based research, physiological mechanisms, and clinical outcomes. Students will examine randomized controlled trials, systematic reviews, and proposed biological pathways without relying on metaphysical or spiritual explanations. T

opics include quality of life, pain reduction, stress modulation, autonomic regulation, and ethical communication of findings. Designed for educators, wellness professionals, and researchers,

this course provides a clear, non-clinical understanding of energy healing as a complementary modality supported by emerging data.
